A team by your side
wherever you ship.

Our approach

Every shipment
has a purpose.

It might be your first international order, a sample for a new customer or a regular shipment for a growing business. At MapEx, we start by understanding what each shipment needs.

We complement our focus on Middle East shipments with FedEx and UPS options for Europe and America. Our goal is to provide you with the appropriate solution for your shipment through an understandable process and direct communication.

We plan your shipment together.

Tell us what you’re shipping, where it’s going and what you need. Together we’ll review the package details, required documents and service options.

We see communication as part of the journey.

Clarifying your questions before shipment, following the status during the process, and being able to reach a team when you need is the basis of a good shipment experience.
